Byeoo is a guidance tool, not a safety system. Routes, distances, elevation, turn-by-turn instructions, accessibility hints, weather data and environmental information are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect.
Known limitations you must account for
- GPS inaccuracy. Position can drift by tens or even hundreds of meters indoors, in tunnels, in urban canyons or under heavy weather.
- Outdated map data. Streets, paths, ramps, stairs, sidewalks, traffic rules and one-way directions change. The map may not reflect the real world.
- Terrain & surface conditions. Surface, slope, snow, ice, mud, flooding, gravel, construction or temporary obstacles are often not visible in our data.
- Weather data. Weather and environmental readings are forecasts or observations from third parties; they can be delayed, smoothed or wrong.
- Accessibility data. Elevators, ramps, curb cuts and tactile paving may be temporarily out of service or absent on the ground.
- Dog-walk routes. The "dog friendliness" of paths can change due to local rules, leash laws, livestock, other animals or owners. Always verify on-site.
- Cycling routes. Suggested cycling routes may include sections that are unsuitable for your bike, skill level or local regulations.
Your responsibilities
- Continuously observe traffic, terrain and surroundings.
- Comply with all traffic laws, signs, signals and local regulations.
- Independently judge whether any suggested route is appropriate.
- Do not follow navigation prompts that look unsafe.
- Do not stare at the screen while moving in traffic.
- Carry an alternative means of orientation when undertaking remote or risky trips.
- Treat ETAs as rough estimates only — never rely on them for transport connections, appointments or any time-sensitive commitment.
- For wheelchair, stroller, senior, family or dog-walk profiles, physically verify ramps, elevators, curb cuts, stair-free paths, path widths and surface conditions before committing to a route.

By using Byeoo you knowingly accept the risks of inaccurate or outdated routing, accessibility, terrain, elevation and weather information, and you agree that Byeoo is not liable for any delay, missed appointment, missed transport, financial loss, fall, slip, collision, injury, illness, property damage or other harm arising from your use of the Service.
