1. Export your data
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format (GDPR Art. 20). Sign in and use Account → Privacy & your data → Download my data to get the file immediately. You can also email post@byeoo.com; we respond within 30 days.
2. Delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated personal data yourself (GDPR Art. 17): sign in and use Account → Privacy & your data → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Active subscriptions end at the close of the paid period. If you cannot sign in, email post@byeoo.com and we delete server-side data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
3. Wipe local data on this device
Byeoo also stores some data only on your device (your traveler profile, preferences, consent record, recent routes). You can erase all of it now:
