Byeoo supports accessibility-focused profiles such as wheelchair, stroller, family, senior and personalized profiles. Accessibility information is sourced from third parties, open data sets and heuristic inference. It may be:
- incomplete, missing entire features (e.g. elevators, ramps, curb cuts);
- outdated — facilities can be added, removed or break down;
- incorrect — temporary obstacles (construction, parked vehicles, snow, repair works, locked doors, broken elevators) are usually not reflected;
- not graded for your specific equipment (wheelchair width, stroller wheel size, walking aid, etc.).
You are responsible for verifying that any suggested route, entrance, ramp, elevator, curb cut, tactile path, door width or surface is usable for you, your equipment and the people in your care before relying on it. Where possible, plan alternative options and a backup return path.
No warranty of accessibility
Byeoo provides no warranty that any wheelchair, stroller, senior, family or dog-walk route is barrier-free, step-free, sufficiently wide, sufficiently smooth, legally accessible, or suitable for any specific disability, mobility aid, child carrier, animal or companion. Confidence indicators and "low-risk" labels in the app are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee. Byeoo is not liable for any inconvenience, delay, blocked path, injury, fall or other harm arising from reliance on accessibility data — see the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
